Canceling a subscription

1. Subscription cancellations are initiated by library specialists.
2. Library specialists complete and submit the Print continuation cancellation request form
3. The cancellation form is received by Serials Acquisitions staff.
4. Serials staff communicates with the approapriate vendor about the cancellation.
5. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period or as otherwise agreed with the vendor.
