Front:  Making the Chowder/Fishing on Praire Creek Alachua Co Fla
Reverse:  Chowder [illegible] part of the scales and [illegible] the freshly caught fish chopping them into [ptrs?] with a hatchet {?}and cooking as shown in the photo.  To the pot is added bacon lard [illegible] [cracker suet?] [illegible] enough water [illegible].  Earlier [illegible] a paddle if you [illegible] or drunked from the can if you have neither spoon [Remainder illegible].
