| My Father's Packing House at Tacoma. 1890. This sizer is on exhibition in the State Museum in Gainesville, Fla. Its activities "Folded up" after "the Big Freeze" of the winter of 1894-95 when the trees were killed to the ground due to a warm winter which started the sap flowing which froze and expanded the bark so the sap could not flow. Every tree died to the ground. |
