- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Tom Adams speech files, 1971. The series contains copies of speeches given by Lt. Governor Adams between January 1971 to August 1971. The speeches reflect his service as Lt. Governor and as Secretary of the Dept. of Commerce. Speeches from the majority of his term of office are missing.
- Dept. of Commerce. Speech files, 1972-1975. The series consists of speech files maintained by the Dept. of Commerce, including the speeches of Lieutenant Governor Tom Adams (1972).
- Secretary of State Tom Adams correspondence, 1961-1970. The series consists of Secretary of State Adams' correspondence from 1961 to 1970 and covers a wide range of topics related to Adams and his office. It includes memoranda and newspaper clippings as well.

- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Bobby Brantley administrative files, 1986-1990. This series contains the administrative files of Lt. Governor Brantley from 1986 to 1990. The files reflect his duties as Lt. Governor, Secretary of the Dept. of Commerce, and Secretary of the Dept. of the Lottery. The records include correspondence, accepted invitations, and daily schedules.

The series also contains the records of Gleason (1868), who proclaimed himself Governor during the fist impeachment attempt against Harrison Reed, and Samuel T. Day (1872), who served as ipso facto governor during the second impeachment attempt against Reed.

- Congressional papers 1982-1988. Includes speeches, background materials, schedules, regional profile files, and trip files. It documents his activities while serving in the United States House of Representatives. The collection is incomplete; it does not include correspondence files.
- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Buddy MacKay correspondence, 1991-1992. These letters cover the entire gamut of governmental issues in the State of Florida. There is a large amount of correspondence dealing with the Everglades and it has been placed at the end of the 1991 portion of the series.

Records include itineraries, schedules, and some correspondence pertaining to his service as both Lt. Governor and as Secretary of the Dept. of Commerce.
- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Wayne Mixson subject files, 1979-1986. This series contains Mixson's general correspondence, project files, and general office files which pertain to both Mixson's service as Lt. Governor and as Secretary of the Dept. of Commerce.
- The State Archives also holds records pertaining to the Office of the Governor's Coastal Plains Regional Commission. Mixon served as representative to this Commission under Governor Graham.
- In addition, the Speech files of Governor Graham (1978-1987, 22 cubic ft.) also contain speeches by Mixson and his wife, Margie Grace Mixson.

- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Jim Williams subject files, 1975-1978. This series consists of subject files maintained by Williams. They include correspondence, reports, publications, speeches, and newspaper clippings that pertain to Williams' service as both Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of the Dept. of Administration. The correspondence illustrates Williams' views on such diverse topics as capitol punishment, the Cross Florida Barge Canal, and the Career Service Retirement System.
- Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Jim Williams trip files, 1974-1978. The series contains files trips and events attended by Williams while serving as Lieutenant Governor from 1974 to 1978. Record types include letters of invitation, letters of acceptance, memoranda, and related correspondence.
- In addition, the State Archives also has multiple series pertaining to the Coastal Plains Regional Commission, which Williams served on as a representative of Governor Askew.
