CATALOG PROBLEMS
Report catalog problems by email at catproblems@uflib.ufl.edu or contact the appropriate staff member.
FCLA SERVICES
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Report to your Systems Liaison who will contact Library Systems by email at syshelp@uflib.ufl.edu or by phone at 392-0796 -- they will determine the next step. If your Systems Liaison is unavailable, email or call Systems yourself. Systems Liaisons may view the status of trouble tickets.
- Evenings, Weekends, Holidays
Call NERDC at 392-2061 to report when UF Catalog, NOTIS, or the Proxy Server are unavailable. NERDC staff can contact appropriate FCLA staff by beeper during these times.
- Problems may also be reported to FCLLIST (by anyone subscribed) during these times, but there is no guarantee that anyone at FCLA is monitoring those messages. This is why NERDC must be called.

If your Systems Liaison is unavailable, email or call Systems yourself. Systems Liaisons may view the status of trouble tickets.
- Evenings, Weekends, Holidays -- Call NERDC at 392-2061 to report problems with FirstSearch, EUREKA, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts, and UnCover. If more than one of these services isn't connecting, report it to NERDC as well. If only one isn't connecting, the problem is almost certainly at the vendor's site. NERDC staff can contact appropriate FCLA staff by beeper during these times.
