This short film shows scenes from some of the labs at the University of Florida as well as some scenes from the Engineer's Fair which is an annual event. The film begins with Otto the Robot interacting with some children. Then a Pharmaceutical/Chemistry lab is shown and later a physiology lab and equipment in that lab. There are some scenes of the Engineer's Fair with booths and displays. Then a woman in a bathing suit is introduced and she gets into a tub filled with some type of liquid. Some of those attending the demonstration are shown. Finally a demonstration at the Department of Aeronautical Engineering is presented.
