BRAZIL
BEFORE 1900

Selections from the Rare Book Collection

The following list was compiled by using Brazil as a keyword search, limiting the library location to the Rare Book Collection, and limiting the date up through 1900. The list is arranged chronologically with the earliest first.

There is much more early information on Brazil to be found in books of voyages and travels. Because such works covered such wide geographic areas, they seldom use specific locations in the title or subject. The Rare Book Collection has extensive holdings in this area.
